I’m Tim, and we are Brådland — a small team of designers working with clients in the real estate industry. From agents and brokers to developers, we help our clients build meaningful brands and produce high quality designs that set a new standard for excellence.
Over the past 10 years, we’ve had the pleasure of helping hundreds of real estate agents produce high impact designs that resonate with their clients, generate more leads, and ultimately sell more homes.
Our team has over 30 years of combined experience in branding, digital and print design, marketing, and copywriting, and has been trusted to work on brands including Keller Williams and W Real Estate, as well as many brands beyond the real estate industry such as Adobe, Intel, Decathlon, the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association, and Movius. With every project, we put a strong emphasis on maintaining excellent relationships with our clients through clear communication and timely delivery.
